The K.I.M. Holiday Plan

Every year my best friend and I discuss the challenges of the holiday season. It's busy and stressful! The sound of "Happy Holidays" is more like nails on a chalkboard. The past two years, my goal was to plan ahead so I could be present during the holiday season. There were so many activities to experience with my family. I wanted the kids to have special holiday memories that didn't include their mom being stressed and worn out. Since I had accomplished the goal, my BFF and I joked about the KIM PLAN. She agreed to give it a try and I hope you do too!
